Role Overview
As a Software Engineer (Product), you will own and deliver product engineering challenges that require both speed and technical rigor. Working directly with the founder, you''ll take features and systems from near-complete concepts to polished, production-ready solutions. This role sits at the intersection of product development, front-end engineering, and AI-powered workflows, with a focus on building high-quality user experiences and expanding agentic product capabilities.
You will leverage AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining a deep understanding of the code you ship. Success in this role requires strong execution, product intuition, and the ability to independently drive complex problems to completion in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver product engineering initiatives from concept to production.
Build and enhance agentic product capabilities, including new agent behaviors and tool integrations.
Develop, test, and maintain scalable front-end and product-facing systems.
Integrate LLMs and AI-powered functionality into customer-facing workflows.
Identify and resolve product, performance, and usability issues with a high standard of quality.
Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and leadership to ship polished user experiences.
Leverage AI coding tools to increase development velocity while ensuring code quality and correctness.
Contribute to product decisions by bringing strong engineering and user-experience instincts.
Continuously improve product reliability, functionality, and customer value through rapid iteration.
What We Are Looking For
1–4 years of software engineering experience, preferably in startup environments.
Strong front-end engineering skills combined with solid product engineering fundamentals.
Experience building and shipping production-grade web applications.
Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, and Codex.
Experience building, integrating, or supporting agentic systems and LLM-powered product features.
Strong understanding of software quality, testing, debugging, and system reliability.
Ability to independently drive projects and solve complex technical problems with minimal oversight.
Demonstrated history of shipping products, side projects, or entrepreneurial initiatives.
Strong product sense with the ability to identify UX and workflow improvements.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
Collaborative, low-ego mindset with excellent communication skills.
Experience in travel technology or booking platforms is a plus.
Salary : $180,000 - $210,000
