Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations and gather relevant health information.
- Perform preliminary testing and assist with diagnostic procedures within your training.
- Maintain accurate patient records and electronic documentation.
- Assist the doctor and support efficient patient flow.
- Keep examination rooms, equipment, and supplies clean, organized, and ready.
- Help with scheduling, phones, and other office responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in an optometry, ophthalmology, or related healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and patient-service skills.
- Attention to detail and comfort using computers and clinical equipment.
- Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work well with a team.
- Willingness to learn and assist wherever needed.
- Ability to work onsite in the Bridgewater area.
