JOB SUMMARY: Administrative assistants may be responsible for, but not limited to, all office duties, including accounting, billing, charting, and patient scheduling. Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED.
- Prior scheduling experience preferred.
- Computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, MS Excel and Scheduling program.
- Basic medical terminology.
- Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to carry out directions, read and write.
- Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
Work Environment
Works indoors in office.
Job Relationships
- Supervised by: Branch Director or Administrator
Ability to perform the following tasks if necessary:
- Ability to participate in physical activity.
- Ability to work for an extended period while sitting, standing, and/or being involved in physical activity.
- Moderate lifting.
