Key Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll across multiple locations using iSolved
- Manage employee deductions, benefits, reimbursements, and PTO tracking
- Communicate with employees regarding payroll, benefit and PTO inquiries
- Prepare payroll and general ledger journal entries
- Support month-end close and financial reporting processes
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online
- Partner with HR and accounting to ensure data consistency across systems
- Assist with accounting tasks, reporting, and process improvements
- Hands-on experience with month-end close
- Exposure to accrual accounting
- Understanding of payroll impact on financials
- Opportunity to grow into a Staff Accountant role
- 1–3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll experience or equivalent education
- Basic understanding of accounting principles including GAP and accrual
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail and organization
