Physical Therapist Assistant, PTA – ProgressiveHealth of Indiana, LLC – Morganfield, KY
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Physical Therapist Assistant who is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals. In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive, hands-on care in both outpatient and inpatient hospital environments, focusing on recovery, mobility, and overall well-being.
- Experienced PTA’s and new graduates are welcome to apply! This is a wonderful opportunity to expand knowledge and experience in a clinical setting.
- Weekend Rotation every 4th or 5th weekend
- These weekend rotation shifts are shorter in nature, as it is an Inpatient "check-in" and not a full shift.
- The Outpatient team sees mostly orthopedics, back pain, cervical pain, geriatrics, and the occasional pediatric patients.
- The Acute Inpatient team provides immediate care to those suffering severe injury and illness.
- 32-hour schedule: 4 days a week!

What will you be doing in this role?
- Maintaining achievable established productivity standards
- Completing appropriate documentation according to Company/department policies and procedures along with adhering to federal and state regulations
- Providing medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint and bone diseases
- Restoring patient function while relieving pain, with ambitions of avoiding disability
- Integrating Rehab Techs (support staff) in patient care plan
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant specific to the State of Kentucky
- Associate's degree or higher as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Current CPR certification or ability to attain this certification
