What will you be doing in this role?
- Perform all site Physical Demand Analysis / Support all Early Intervention activities
- Oversee all site PDA program activities
- Physical Demand Analysis
- Coordinate PDA timeline
- Coordinate supervisor/manager validations
- Coordinate with Safety points of contact
- Assist in coordinating PDA data acquisition
- Identify trends in ESI/PDA/Job Observations data
- Participate in Safety Incident and Case Review meetings
- Coordinate “Go and See” activities with Safety relative to PDAs
- IE collaboration for PDA activities
- Continuous improvement of PDA processes
- Develop and maintain program KPIs
- Coordinate new model launch activities
- Administer restrictions management, medical restrictions database for RTW
Our ideal candidate will have:
- “A background in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Health & Wellness, Health Promotion, Human Performance, Public Health, Physical Education, Fitness, Personal Training, and Athletics".
- CPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain it prior to the start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)
- Basic knowledge of workers' compensation and OSHA regulations, preferred
- The ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout the entire assigned shift
- Previous ergonomic and/or occupational health experience is a plus
- A high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment, without constant supervision
- Be able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
