- Own the end‑to‑end order process, from customer inquiry through final delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor order status, logistics milestones, and customer‑specific risks to proactively identify potential issues.
- Coordinate cross‑functional corrective or preventive actions to avoid disruptions.
- Provide customers with clear, timely updates and set realistic expectations.
- Maintain accurate customer, pricing, contract, and order data across company systems.
- Prepare background materials and forecasts to support the Sales Team.
- Coordinate customer requirements, next steps, and follow‑ups with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and other stakeholders.
