GIS Technician

Seeking a GIS Technician in Birmingham, Alabama with ArcGIS experience to support the input, processing, and maintenance of distribution lines and equipment assets in an ESRI GIS database. Qualifications:

• Experience with ESRI ArcGIS software is required, ESRI ArcGIS Pro experience is a plus
• Competency with standard computer software, Microsoft Office suite required
• Compatible working in a team environment is required
• Experience with CAD (Computer Aided Drafting) is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, or similar field, or have a GIS Certificate, or at least 2 years of full time GIS work experience preferred
