What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Agent position at Progressive Urban Property Management?
We are a management company that manages residential properties from single family homes to multi-family apartment buildings throughout Cuyahoga County - specifically Ohio City, Tremont, Cleveland, Lakewood, Bedford, and Euclid. We are looking for Leasing Associates who would be COMMISSION ONLY based. Commission usually pays $150 to $500 per leased unit. Position could also be a great side hustle while working part time. This is a versatile position that has many responsibilities that includes:
* Taking picture of the rental unit
* Get the rental unit listed through Facebook Marketplace
* Pre-screen applicants
* Schedule and show the rental unit in person
* Assist with the company leasing manager with any requests as needed
Position will be solely commission which would be 20% of the first month's rent ($150 to $500 for every rental that is leased.) Work load will vary depending on the number of listings. This would be a 1099 position. Rental unit showings would have a set schedule but some rent unit inquiries may come during non-work hours.
The job requirements are:

* Facebook marketplace experience
* Previous leasing experience (1 year minimum)
