Janitorial/Groundskeeper - Stuttgart IH, AR

Position Summary:
The Janitorial/Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment throughout the facility and surrounding grounds. This includes performing daily cleaning tasks, supporting maintenance activities, and ensuring all areas meet company cleanliness and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep the building and grounds neat, clean, and free from hazards or clutter
• Maintain exterior spaces, including mowing, weed eating, and parking lot upkeep
• Wash and clean heavy equipment as needed
• Stack and organize pallets in designated areas
• Safely operate a high-powered pressure washing system
• Clean and restock restrooms regularly
• Empty trash receptacles throughout the facility
• Clean offices, break rooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, and maintain interior and exterior floors
• Respond promptly to emergency cleaning or maintenance requests
• Perform daily housekeeping and janitorial tasks in shop and work areas
• Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies
• Perform minor facility maintenance tasks as needed
• Complete other related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, twisting, and stooping
• Able to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions accurately
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage supplies and inventory
• Demonstrates teamwork and reliability in a collaborative environment
• Safety-focused mindset with consistent use of required PPE (safety shoes, gloves, and eye protection)
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and dependable
• Experience working safely in a shop or industrial environment preferred
