The Role – School-Based Behavior Analysis (NJ)
This is a daytime, school-based position serving students in public and private school settings.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaborating with CSTs, teachers, administrators, and related service providers
- Supporting students across IEP-driven educational environments
- Providing ethical, compassionate, and data-driven behavior support
- Coaching and supporting school staff with practical, real-world strategies
