Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to join our team as a Brand& Product Marketing Strategist II. This contract role will be responsible formanaging projects and campaigns in close partnership with internalteammates and cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate will be acollaborative, results-driven marketer with experience leading integratedcampaigns and supporting business goals.Key Responsibilities: * Serve as a marketing campaign manager, partnering with teammembers to deliver holistic marketing campaigns from strategydevelopment through execution. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing leaders, and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities that drive productadoption, engagement, retention, and referral behavior across paid,owned, and earned channels. * Support the development of campaign briefs and for a range ofmarketing campaigns and channels (email, push, in-app messaging,paid media, etc.). * Assist in executing the product marketing roadmap, includingcampaign testing and optimization. * Participate in marketing scrum teams, helping prioritize backlogs andalign campaign execution with business unit goals. * Ensure marketing deliverables meet defined standards and acceptancecriteria via Agile ways of working, coordinating with appropriatestakeholders. * Support business-critical processes such as compliance review,marketing metrics, project management systems, agile processes, andstakeholder approvals. * Maintain knowledge of the brand, products, services, and competitivetrends to inform campaign strategy and execution. * Evaluate and report on campaign performance, test results, and datainsights to stakeholders. * Deliver effective communications and presentations to departmentaland executive management. * Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to ensureintegrated strategies and campaigns are executed and optimized. * Manage key stakeholder expectations and contribute to ad hocinitiatives as needed.Qualifications: * Experience leading brand, product, and/or marketing campaigns,including strategy, execution, and problem-solving. * Strong project management and client management skills, withexperience working on cross-functional teams. * Ability to develop and execute go-to-market plans that drive businessresults. * Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills; abilityto multi-task and adapt quickly. * Strong analytical skills; able to synthesize results and presentrecommendations. * Working knowledge of marketing and financial industry trends,products, and services. * Proficiency with PCs and collaboration/product management tools. * Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. * Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Strategy, Business, Finance, or relatedfield, or equivalent experience. * Product Owner Certification or equivalent experience is a plus. * Familiarity with Navy Federal products, services, and organizationalobjectives is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with Marketing campaign development and management ina highly-regulated industry, including collaborating with compliance,fair lending, general counsel is preferred but not requiredAdditional Details: * This is a temporary contract position expected to last approximatelysix months. * The contractor will work closely with existing team members to ensurecontinuity and successful delivery of marketing projects andcampaigns. * Mentorship of junior team members is not required but collaboration and knowledge sharing are encouraged.
Pay: $70.00 - $72.00 per hour
