We are on the hunt for a Certified Sterile Processing Technician to protect our patients behind the scenes.

WHAT WINNING LOOKS LIKE

* Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and trays

* Operate and monitor steam autoclaves and low-temp sterilizers, run and document biological and chemical indicators

* Build and maintain accurate instrument trays and count sheets for spine and ortho cases

* Manage loaner trays — receive, verify, process, and return on time

* Track instrument inventory, flag damaged or missing items, and coordinate repairs

* Communicate turnover status directly with the OR team so cases start on time

* Maintain sterilization logs and documentation that hold up to any survey

WHAT SKILLS YOU NEED

* Must be a TEAM PLAYER

* Current CRCST or CBSPD certification

* Strong knowledge of spine and orthopedic instrumentation

* Working knowledge of AAMI ST79, IFUs, and infection control standards

* Ability to express empathy and ownership; ability to defuse critical situations

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Great with prioritization and time management
