Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

In this role, you will be the backbone of our surgical operations, ensuring all necessary authorizations are processed smoothly and timely, working closely with health insurance companies to navigate both standard and workers' comp claims, and collaborating with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care. Your experience in authorizations, health insurance, and workers' comp will be invaluable in driving our success and enhancing our patient experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the surgical scheduling process, ensuring all required authorizations are obtained ahead of time.
- Partner with patients, providers, and insurance companies to navigate health insurance policies and ensure proper coverage for surgeries and procedures.
- Coordinate the workers' comp process for injured workers, ensuring all claims are properly filed and tracked.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues regarding authorizations, health insurance coverage, and workers' comp claims.
- Maintain accurate patient and insurance documentation to ensure smooth billing and reimbursement processes.
