Position Overv
iewProgressive Safety is actively seeking experienced BCSP-certified Construction Safety Professionals to support large-scale data center construction projects near Smithville, MO. These projects support an electrical contractor and offer the opportunity to work on complex, fast-paced mission-critical construction environmen
ts.This role is ideal for a hands-on safety leader who enjoys being active in the field and partnering closely with project leadership. The Safety Professional will help drive a proactive safety culture by conducting site audits, supporting high-risk work planning, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and project safety requiremen
ts.

- ons.Support planning for high-risk construction activities through participation in Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Pre-Task Plans (PTPs), and safety planning meeti
- ngs.Lead and support toolbox talks, safety orientations, and safety presentations for project teams and contract
- ors.Maintain all required site safety documentation, including inspection reports, incident reports, training records, and safety metr
- ics.Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns and assist with documentation and reporting requireme
- nts.Partner with project leadership, subcontractors, and client representatives to promote a strong safety culture across the proj
- ect.Provide emergency response support when required and assist with incident investigation and corrective acti

Required Qualifica
