Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support both clinical care and front desk operations. This is a unique opportunity to work in an innovative medical setting where you will play a key role in patient experience, care coordination, and advanced therapy support.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Experience & Front Desk:
- Greet patients and create a welcoming, professional environment
- Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars efficiently
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with patient communication
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and patient files
Clinical Support:
- Room patients and obtain vitals
- Assist providers during visits and procedures
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms
Advanced Therapy Support:
- Assist patients with therapies such as hyperbaric oxygen therapy, INDIBA RF technology and PEMF
- Educate patients on basic therapy processes and ensure comfort
- Monitor patients during treatments and communicate any concerns to providers
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
- Comfortable working in both administrative and clinical roles
- Interest in integrative, functional, or regenerative medicine strongly preferred
