Rehabilitation Technician (Tech)

Reports To

Director of Rehabilitation or Lead Therapist

Job Summary

Provides non-clinical support including patient transport, equipment setup, and clerical tasks. Assists licensed staff with operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Transport patients to/from therapy.
• Maintain therapy equipment and cleanliness.
• Assist with clerical tasks including filing and inventory.
• Support therapists under supervision.
  
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior healthcare support experience preferred.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities- KSAs

• Organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions safely.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
  
  

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Lift up to 100 lbs safely.
• Frequent standing, walking, assisting mobility.
