Background: Administrative, phone skills, nice to have: property management and/or real estate background
- Preference between administrative vs. real estate experience: prefer someone with the property management experience, but who is willing to do the necessary administrative tasks
- Lease management system currently: Yardi (possible conversion to Archibus, but that is still in question)
- Software: Excel, Yardi experience would be nice to have
