We are looking for a dedicated and experienced nutrition services professional to join our team as a Dietary Compliance Supervisor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about improving care across multiple long-term care facilities. Job Duties:Conduct audits and mock surveys.
Support facilities maintain regulatory compliance.
Conduct education and in-services to staff.
Qualifications:Must be a Certified Dietary Manager.
Must have ServSafe.
Must have experience of Dietary Manager experience in a skilled nursing facility.
Must have solid knowledge base of State and Federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities.
Must be able to travel to our facilities.
