Key Responsibilities:
✅ Enter and manage sales orders efficiently.
✅ Process purchase orders in a timely manner.
✅ Track orders and provide proactive customer updates.
✅ Monitor inventory and alert the team about stock levels.
✅ Handle and direct inbound calls professionally.
✅ Coordinate with shipping and receiving for seamless fulfillment.
✅ Assist sales representatives with order-related questions and issues.
✅ Prepare sales reports and track order statuses.
Skills for Success:
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
✔ Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:
🔹 On-site job (this is not a remote position).
🔹 Must be authorized to work in the United States.
🔹 Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
🔹 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales or a relevant field.
🔹 Experience in order processing, or customer service is preferred.
🔹 Pump knowledge is a plus but not required.
