We are seeking a highly driven and relationship-focused Senior Sales Executive to lead revenue growth in the mobile concert staging industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand market share across concerts, festivals, municipalities, and corporate events.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including non-traditional and emerging markets.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Maintain a deep understanding of all stage models, configurations, and applications; serve as a subject matter expert.
- Train clients, partners, and internal teams on product capabilities, setup, and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with production and fabrication teams to stay informed on build status, timelines, and customization options.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and operations, ensuring expectations are aligned and exceeded.
- Travel as needed to support sales efforts, client relationships, and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in high-performance B2B sales, preferably in staging, manufacturing, or event infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across a wide range of audiences—from executives to technical fabricators.
- Strong mechanical or technical aptitude; ability to understand and communicate product specifications and production processes.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to uncovering and closing opportunities.
- Willingness to travel periodically.
