Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Sales Representative role based in Warren, MI, with options for occasional remote work. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. The role also entails managing client accounts, preparing contracts, collaborating cross-functionally with operations teams, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Relationship Management, and Account Development
- Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of metal fabrication, manufacturing processes, or the industrial sector is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Prior experience in B2B sales to Tier 1 OEMs is advantageous
