This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician based in Chicago, IL. The role involves troubleshooting HVAC systems, performing maintenance and repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The technician will lead service operations and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards in meeting client needs.
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting HVAC systems and diagnosing technical issues
- Experience and expertise in Maintenance & Repair of commercial HVAC equipment
- Ability to perform Preventive Maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity
- EPA certification or equivalent is required
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards in commercial HVAC systems
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant commercial HVAC experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
