Progressive Marketing is hiring a Client Engagement & Development Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional service to our growing client base. This position has multiple roles, beginning with outreach to prospective clients via phone and email, and creating social media and email marketing campaigns. There will also be a focus on reviewing and responding to relevant bid/ RFPs to win new contracts. In this position, you will also be responsible for researching and pricing promotional products, responding to quote requests, processing orders and working with our suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly until orders are delivered.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing Email Marketing, Social Media Management
- Product research and pricing
- Responding to quote requests
- Submitting new customer orders
- Developing relationships and gaining new orders with existing contracts and customers
- Prospecting for new business by researching and responding to bid/RFP opportunities
- Monitoring bid opportunities and submitting those relevant for the company
- Communicating effectively with suppliers to quote and process orders
- Monitoring orders through shipping and delivery
- Customer follow-up
- Leverage Adobe Illustrator for creating or adjusting artwork for imprinting
SKILLS:
- Ability to research, recommend, and accurately price promotional products, apparel and awards
- Read and understand government contracts for bid/RFP submission
- Excellent attention to detail

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of client / account management experience
- 1 year of Marketing experience, with expertise in email and social media
- 1 year of Adobe Illustrator experience preferred
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate's degree preferred
