You’ll be part of the core team building the service business, working directly with engineering, and supporting custom automation systems deployed around the world.

What You’ll Do
You’ll split your time between the shop and the field, giving you a balance of hands-on build, debug, and controls work and real-world system and service support at customer sites.
- Travel to customer sites for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and service support
- Work alongside engineering and build teams to assemble, debug, and validate custom automation systems
- Troubleshoot and optimize electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems
- Modify and support PLC, HMI, robotics, motion, and vision systems
- Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
- Respond to service calls (remote and onsite) to keep our customers running
You should be comfortable working across multiple systems and stepping in wherever needed:
Controls & Automation
- PLC/HMI platforms (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
- Industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus)
- Industrial robots (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, KUKA)
- Vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence)
- Electrical troubleshooting, panel systems, and field wiring
- Pneumatics and mechanical systems
- Integration of peripherals and custom equipment
- Build something from the ground up – direct influence on a growing service organization

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 5 years of experience in automation, controls, or field service (OEM experience preferred)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex machine/system issues independently
- Strong working knowledge of PLCs, robotics, and industrial automation systems
- Comfortable in customer-facing environments and high-pressure situations
- Willingness to travel (~40%)
Salary : $40 - $50
