Progressive Lighting is looking for our next Manager in Training. You'll learn how to lead a successful lighting showroom while working alongside an experienced management team. What You'll Do:
- Learn all areas of daily store and warehouse operations
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members
- Help drive sales and achieve store goals
- Assist with warehouse, inventory, customer experience and showroom presentation
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For:
- Previous retail management or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with a passion for customer service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow into a Store Manager role
