Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Associate role based in Tustin, CA. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, identifying customer needs, and recommending appropriate labeling solutions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining relationships with customers to foster loyalty, achieving sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the production team to meet client expectations. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and product developments to better serve customers.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer service skills, including CRM experience and a track record of meeting sales goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts and deadlines
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and the ability to identify customer needs
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team setting in Tustin, CA
- Prior experience in the printing or manufacturing industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
