As a product analyst on the Personal Lines Auto team, you'll conduct research and analysis that supports the profitability and growth of our auto product. You'll work on all aspects of the product that drive our auto results. Additionally, you’ll assess monthly performance, identify segmentation opportunities, explore underlying drivers of market trends, support product revisions and updates, and share findings with business partners.
Hybrid preferred in the Cleveland, OH or Austin, TX area, but open to remote.
Must-have qualifications
A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three year analytical work experience.
Preferred skills
Prior experience in similar analytical capacity
Technical aptitude and experience in data manipulation using tools such as SQL, SAS, Snowflake, R, Python, Tableau, or equivalent
Excellent communication and relationship building skills with strong focus on customer service.
Experience influencing leadership decisions
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office with demonstrated skills in Excel – including the ability to create, manipulate and formulate spreadsheets – including v-look-up, tables, charts and graphing
Compensation
$79,200 - $127,700 / year depending on position level and experience
Gainshare annual cash incentive program up to 30% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings, based on company performance.
