As a senior level administrative assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role on our team. Ideal candidates will possess strong time management and communication skills with the ability to manage and maintain calendars, reserve event locations, and manage travel arrangements. You’ll also be tasked with standard administrative duties such as answering phones, managing and maintaining documentation, sending and processing electronic communications and mail, and management of office supplies and equipment.
Location
· This is a hybrid position, requiring 1 day a week in the office. Candidates must reside within a reasonable driving distance to the office they support (Irvine CA or Sherman Oaks CA).
Hours
· Monday-Friday with schedule between the hours of 7:00AM-6:30PM
Must-have qualifications
· High School diploma/ GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of five years administrative work experience, which should include experience overseeing the work of others.
Preferred skills
· Ability to operate a PC with strong working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments while working independently
· Ability to manage a high volume of paperwork
· Data entry experience
· Experience in office setting, preferably in a legal office
Compensation
· $25.83 - $28.70 / hour
· Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
