What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee assessments to ensure accurate levels of functioning are documented for habilitation plans

Train staff on implementing individualized training programs effectively

Share program strategies, techniques, and progress across shifts and disciplines

Facilitate meetings such as interdisciplinary teams and habilitation planning sessions

Ensure homes, services, and equipment meet Federal and State regulatory standards

Provide clear direction and leadership to staff, ensuring consistency and compliance
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field (required)

Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

At least 1 year of supervisory experience

Valid Alabama driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years

Must pass a Level II background check, TB test, and drug screening
