Available Shifts
We offer both part-time and full-time (minimum 32 hours) opportunities with flexible scheduling:
- 7:00am–3:00pm – Part Time & Full Time
- 3:00pm–11:00pm – Part Time & Full Time (Urgently Hiring)
11:00pm–7:00am – Part Time (Limited Availability)
A Caring Heart: Experience in caregiving or supporting others is a plus, but what matters most is your compassion, patience, and genuine desire to help people thrive.
- Reliable Transportation: A valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record ensure you can safely accompany individuals to appointments, activities, and community outings.
- A Solid Foundation: A high school diploma or GED shows you're prepared and ready to take on this meaningful, hands-on role.
- Commitment to Safety: To protect the well-being of the individuals we serve, all team members must complete a Level 2 background check, drug screen, and TB test.
- Strong Communication Skills: You should be comfortable reading, writing, and speaking English to stay connected with residents, families, and coworkers.
- Physical Readiness: This role is active and engaging—expect to bend, lift, kneel, stretch, and stand or walk for extended periods while supporting individuals throughout their day.
