What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Behavioral Health Technician position at Progressive Health Alliance?
Our company is looking for a Lead Behavior Technicians to work closely with our residents ages 13-17 who have behavior challenges with a emphasis on Sexual Maladaptive Behaviors. This position requires high levels of compassion and the willingness to assist in the treatment of individuals with developmental disabilities in a supervised capacity. The successful candidate will have prior experience working with individuals with behavioral needs and a commitment to education and improving their own personal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Teach and monitor individuals with behavior problems to improve their overall quality of life.
- Monitor individuals with behavioral problems to ensure safety of care providers and patients.
- Teach individuals with behavioral problems new skills.
- Educate clients and/or caregivers about behavior problems and treatment techniques.
- Daily Documentation
- Light cooking
Seeking Full Time Team Member
Available Tuesday-Saturday 3PM-11PM
Must have High School Diploma or GED
Arizona Finger Print Clearence Card
First Aid and CPR
Negative Tuberculosis Test
Job Types: Full-time, Per diem
Pay: $18.00 - $19.10 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
