What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Technician(Over Night) position at Progressive Health Alliance?
Our company is looking for Behavior Technicians to work closely with our residents ages 13-17 who have behavior challenges with a emphasis on Sexual Maladaptive Behaviors. This position requires high levels of compassion and the willingness to assist in the treatment of individuals with developmental disabilities in a supervised capacity. The successful candidate will have prior experience working with individuals with behavioral needs and a commitment to education and improving their own personal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Teach and monitor individuals with behavior problems to improve their overall quality of life.
- Monitor individuals with behavioral problems to ensure safety of care providers and patients.
- Teach individuals with behavioral problems new skills.
- Educate clients and/or caregivers about behavior problems and treatment techniques.
- Daily Documentation
- Light cooking
Seeking Over NIght Team Members (PLEASE NOTE: SLEEPING IS PROHIBITED ON SHIFT)
Available Overnight Thurs- Sat 11pm-9am
Must have High School Diploma or GED
Must have a Valid Drivers License
Arizona Finger Print Clearence Card
First Aid and CPR
Negative Tuberculosis Test
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
