Job Description
As Inside Sales Support-Salesperson, you will interact with existing customers to increase sales of the Company’s products and services. You will assist our Sales team with ensuring customer satisfaction and adding value to the customer’s buying experience. You will be proficient in all aspects of the inside sales process and will focus on proactive selling techniques to add business or expand the current book of accounts. As you learn our sales system you will have the opportunity to develop your own book of business and receive commission for sales.
Responsibilities
- Develops strong business relationships in growing existing accounts, prospects for opportunities within the account base.
- Assist Sales Representatives with the customer journey and ensure customers are informed along the way
- Communicate across multiple departments to make sure orders are being processed
- Generate leads and secure sales for the company. Candidates must understand they are not simply “an order taker” This role requires proactive engagement; successful candidates will be more than just "order takers."
- Have a direct impact on the company’s growth and success through opportunity generation
- Partner with Sales Team to determine a strategic sales approach and monitor crucial sales activities including cold calling, booking meetings, and prospecting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong computer skills; experience in ShopWorks a plus
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in team environment
- Works independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to prospect and market branded merch to existing and potential new accounts
- Preferred sales experience in custom brand merchandise industry

Compensation Benefits
Pay will be salary commissions on sales.
Health and Dental Insurance available after 90 days of employment.Paid time off accrual also starts after probationary period ends. Eight Paid Office Holidays throughout the year.
