Civil Engineer Land Development

Job Description

Requirements and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 3 year minimum experience in land development engineering and permitting including, water distribution, sanitary sewer, stormwater, paving and grading, and site layout and design are required.
• Preparation of all associated calculations, reports, and spreadsheets
• working on design teams in all aspects of a given project to develop detailed design documents for construction plans.
• Experience should include researching codes and regulations, and interpreting plans, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
  
  

Responsibilities include:

• The design and permitting of multiple projects for large commercial clients throughout the Nation.
• Assisting in the management of a civil design team is included in these responsibilities.
• The successful candidate must have the ability to successfully coordinate and work with other team members.
