What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Catalog Administrator position at Progressive Design, Inc.?
Progressive Design, Inc. is currently seeking a Manufacturing Catalog Administrator to support a tobacco client working within the Document Control group. This is a full-time position that is located in Richmond, VA. The Manufacturing Catalog Administrator reports to the Manager of the Documentation Control Group.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing quarterly inventory and maintaining client’s machine catalogs
- Maintaining and updating the client’s Access Database
- Communication with client personnel to determine internal, incoming, and outgoing equipment transfers to ensure that correct documentation is available on the production floor
- Maintain commitment to expand knowledge and practical uses of established office software
- 2 years of related work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong work ethic and must be a quick learner
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be a team player and work well with others
- Ability to lift 25 to 40 lbs
- Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screen, be a U.S. citizen & have a valid driver's license
