• Night Crew – 8pm-6am Monday - Thursday ($2 per hour shift differential night shift)

JOB SUMMARY

Assist the Operator as needed to ensure production timelines are met. May at times assist the Operator with the set-up of the machines. Has knowledge of all types of product/paper that is run on the machines. Follow all safety procedures, understand all safety equipment and ensure direct reports adhere to the company safety policies and procedures. Also maintain the machines to include general maintenance, cleaning and trouble-shooting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for stacking, wrapping, banding finished product and staging finished product to designated area.

2. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow the prescribed safety regulations.

3. May assist the Operator with machine set up.

4. Must be familiar with the basic machine functions in order to meet production deadlines.

5. Assist Operator with preventative maintenance on machines as required.

Other Functions

1. Use of different types of tools and equipment: forklifts, clamps and hand lifts, measuring devices, various hand tools, dial indicators and compactors.

2. Must be able to work independently.

3. Daily contact with co-workers, management, third party vendors and customers requiring courtesy, discretion and sound judgment. Understands they are a representative of the employer.

4. Required to perform all other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
