Progressive Converting Inc. in Hazleton, PA, the premier converting and logistics partner for the North American paper and printing industries is seeking seeking a reliable and safety-oriented 2nd Shift Shuttle-Driver to join our Logistics team. This role is a hybrid of local shuttle operations and regional delivery. You will primarily handle the transport of products between our Hazleton facilities, while also managing deliveries to local customers. When not on the road, you will support our warehouse operations, ensuring a seamless flow of inventory.

Education and Experience
- License: Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
- Safety First: A clean driving record and a commitment to operating within state and federal DOT guidelines.
- Technical Skills: Experience with roll-clamp operation or general warehouse equipment preferred.
- Communication: Ability to follow complex directions from Dispatchers and report site-specific issues back to management.
- Flexibility: Must be willing to cover the 1st Shift Shuttle Driver’s route during their vacation periods.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Transportation & Delivery: Safely transport products to and from our Hazleton facilities and local customer sites according to a pre-determined schedule.
- Logistics Support: Load and unload products at job sites in a timely, efficient manner.
- Warehouse Operations: Operate warehouse equipment, specifically roll-clamps, to assist with inventory movement as needed.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Conduct minor maintenance and promptly report any mechanical issues to the Logistics Manager.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate daily DOT logs and process essential paperwork, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and COD collections.
- Customer Relations: Act as a professional face of the company, providing excellent customer service during site deliveries.
