We are currently seeking a Full Time qualified Clinical Assessor/Clinician to conduct initial mental health assessments, develop individualized service plans, and provide clinical input for service authorization. The ideal candidate will be licensed or license-eligible in the state of Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Resident in Counseling) and have experience working with diverse populations in community-based settings. Other duties will be discussed during the interview.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensure or license-eligible with the Virginia Board of Counseling or Social Work
- At least one year of experience providing mental health assessments and clinical documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
