What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Afternoon Assitant Chiropractic Office position at Progressive Chiropractic PLLC?
Looking to fill the AFTERNOON shift with one new employee.
Required is Excellent communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. We are in the business of educating our members and helping them understand what we do and why. This is vital to the position. Experience with daily financial transactions: Checks, Credit cards, and cash. This position is perfect for someone with a drive to have a purpose greater than just a job.
Job Details: A 16 hours per week in the Afternoons. Afternoon shift runs from 2 to 6 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Ability to cover for morning assistant on occasion. We run a two employee shift system that gives the ability for one to cover for the other. The morning shift begins at 7:30 am and finish by 12 most days. Mornings are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 7:30 am to 12. We hold weekly staff meetings after 12. There could be a monthly Friday morning. Other hours on occasion to cover community outreach events.
Individual Training provided to the right individual.
Duties include but are not inclusive: Front office: phone scheduling, greeting practice members, re-scheduling, taking messages, financial and visit frequency transactions. New Patient Advocate: Scheduling and participating in internal/external events, office tour, preparing NP's, introducing consultations.
Areas to grow into:
1)Marketing and Outreach: use of the office social media and set up and follow up with inside and outside events.
2)Billing: send electronic and paper claims; follow up with insurance companies and patients who are past due.
