Progressive Building Supply is a growing distributor of windows, doors, and millwork serving professional builders and remodelers across Northeast Ohio.
Tree House Cabinets is our fast-scaling cabinet division focused on builder programs, dealer partnerships, and custom color solutions.
We are building systems, investing in infrastructure (ERP, WMS, digital tools), and expanding market share. We are looking for a high-performing Territory Manager to help us grow strategically and profitably.
Position Overview
The Outside Sales / Territory Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and gross profit within an assigned territory. This role focuses on new business development, builder relationship management, and growing share of wallet within existing accounts.
This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales position — not order taking.
The right candidate understands margin, pipeline management, and long-term account development.
Key Responsibilities Territory Development
- Identify and prospect new builders, remodelers, and light commercial contractors
- Conduct jobsite visits and in-person meetings
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Develop strategic growth plans for assigned territory
Account Management
- Grow existing accounts through consistent follow-up and relationship building
- Cross-sell windows, doors, millwork, and cabinets
- Assist with product selection and scope development
- Ensure projects execute smoothly by coordinating with inside sales and operations
Project & Sales Management
- Review plans and understand job scopes
- Collaborate on material take-offs and pricing
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
- Protect margin while remaining competitive

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
