We are seeking a Education Partnerships Lead to support early commercial growth across Europe and Asia-Pacific, working closely with the founding team to establish strategic relationships and institutional partnerships.

Role Description

This is a consultative, relationship-driven business development role focused on international schools, school groups, and education networks. You will engage senior education leaders and guide institutions through the adoption of iBMarker as part of their broader AI governance and assessment strategy.. Responsibilities include providing exceptional support and communication with teachers and students, delivering insights to improve learning outcomes, and coordinating with internal teams to enhance the user experience.

This is a consultative, relationship-driven business development role focused on international schools, school groups, and education networks. You will engage senior education leaders and guide institutions through the adoption of iBMarker as part of their broader AI governance and assessment strategy.

Identify and develop new opportunities with international schools and school groups is the primary responsibility. The role requires building relationships with Heads of School, Academic Directors, and assessment leaders.

Present iBMarker’s value proposition around AI governance, assessment integrity, and feedback quality

Manage the full business development cycle from initial engagement to close.

• Background in Education, with knowledge of teaching methodologies and learning strategies
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to build and sustain professional relationships
• Experience in Training or Teaching, with the ability to explain complex concepts effectively
• Proven ability to understand and meet the needs of educators and students
• Exceptional organizational skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Communication, or a related field
• Familiarity with EdTech platforms or tools is a plus,

Essential:

• Business development or sales experience in EdTech or international education
• Strong understanding of how schools and education groups make purchasing decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

Desirable:

• Experience with IB or similar international curricula
• Exposure to AI, assessment platforms, or academic integrity solutions
• Comfort working in an early-stage, founder-led environment
