Progress Speech & Language Center (PSL) is expanding and looking for in-home based early intervention BCBAs! This position is suited for a licensed BCBA that brings previous experience working with 0 to 3 year old population in a natural environment and is comfortable working in an extremely independent environment.

Hours: 10 to 20 hours per week (preferably in the mornings or in the evenings)
Duties:
- Provide behavioral direct treatment in addition to the supervisory role
- Supervise therapy sessions, create and implement treatment plans, monitor program progress through data analysis and change objectives as required
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Therapists
- Multidisciplinary Developmental Evaluation
- Provide parent training and consultation in family homes, clinic and community environments
- Supervise Behavior Interventionist to include training, supervision and performance reviews;
- Monitor, analyze & document client progress, including reporting to funding sources;
- Part-time, flexible hours (Remote and in-person available)
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Previous ABA Program Supervision Experience
- BCBA license
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
- High ethical and clinical standards;
- Experience training behavior therapists and monitoring performance
- A valid CA driver's license, clear DMV report, valid car registration, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation to commute
- BCBA or Master’s Degree in Related Field
- Spanish speaking a plus
