Operational Excellence & Strategy
- Develop and execute strategies to improve operational performance, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across all levels of the organization.
- Lead Lean transformation initiatives and Six Sigma projects to drive process improvements.
- Train and mentor cross-functional teams in Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, statistical analysis).
- Oversee process engineering activities including process design, optimization, and technology implementation.
- Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and equipment.
- Lead the development and execution of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program.
- Ensure asset reliability through predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.
- Manage capital projects and equipment upgrades to support business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field); master’s preferred.
- 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred), and TPM.
- Strong project management skills and experience with capital project execution.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
- Knowledge of AAR and FRA compliance requirements.
- Experience with ERP and CMMS systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and change management skills.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies.
