Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, personable, and dependable Physical Therapy Technician to join our team. The PT Tech will work closely with physical therapists and patients to support treatment sessions, maintain an organized clinic environment, and provide an exceptional patient experience.
The ideal candidate has a strong interest in rehabilitation, exercise, movement, and wellness, and pelvic health. A bachelor’s degree in exercise science, kinesiology, health science, or a related field is preferred, as is experience with Pilates or movement-based exercise.
Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists with patient exercise-based treatments and therapeutic exercises
- Guide patients through prescribed exercises and activities under the direction of a licensed physical therapist
- Set up and clean treatment areas, clinic space and equipment
- Assist with patient flow and maintain an organized, welcoming clinic environment including support of the Intake Coordinator in front desk duties as needed
- Monitor and communicate patient responses during exercises and treatments
- Prepare equipment and treatment areas for individual sessions
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for patients
- Support the clinical team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Follow all clinic policies, safety procedures, and instructions from licensed clinicians
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy and exercise areas
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Science, or a related field
- Experience with Pilates, movement instruction, or exercise-based training
- Previous experience in a physical therapy, rehabilitation, fitness, or wellness setting

- Strong interest in physical therapy, rehabilitation, fitness, or movement
