Responsibilities
- Reviewing and verifying documentation submitted by clinicians.
- Flagging missing entries, blank logs, or billing errors.
- Making sure documentation is accurate, timely, and aligned with goals.
- Supporting HCBS (Home and Community-Based Services) compliance.
- Following up with teams to ensure documentation corrections are made.
- Collaborating with internal teams to uphold quality and standards.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Valid Iowa driver's license and insured vehicle for job duties. Hold adequate liability insurance (required: $100,000/$300,000/$50,000).
- Flexibility and willingness to travel between Des Moines and Newton.
Salary : $100,000 - $300,000
