Job Summary
ProGreen Turf & Landscape is seeking a Landscape Sales Designer to join our growing team in Eastern North Carolina. This role combines landscape design, client consultation, and sales, focusing on high-end residential and commercial projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with experience in landscaping, outdoor design, construction sales, or horticulture who is looking to grow their income and career.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to evaluate properties and understand project goals
- Design and present custom landscape plans (plantings, hardscapes, drainage, etc.)
- Prepare estimates and proposals using company systems (LMN or similar)
- Close sales and manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure successful project execution
- Conduct site visits and follow-ups as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in landscape design, landscaping, construction, or outside sales
- Strong knowledge of plants, grading, drainage, irrigation, or hardscapes
- Ability to read and create landscape designs (CAD experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to close sales and manage client relationships
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary uncapped commission
- High earning potential ($60,000 – $100,000 depending on performance)
