We are looking for a Vulnerability Remediation Engineer (VME) to support enterprise vulnerability management and remediation initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, and application environments.
Responsibilities:- Manage and track vulnerability remediation activities
- Partner with Infrastructure, Cloud, Engineering, and Security teams
- Coordinate patching, remediation, and vulnerability lifecycle management
- Work with tools such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, Wiz, Jira, and ServiceNow
- Support remediation governance, SLA tracking, and reporting
- Assist with remediation validation and operational improvements
- Experience in Vulnerability Management / Security Operations
- Strong understanding of remediation workflows and patch management
- Experience with VM tools:
- Tenable
- Qualys
- Rapid7
- Wiz
- Windows/Linux infrastructure knowledge
- Jira / ServiceNow experience
- Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Experience with FedRAMP, NIST, PCI, CIS, or STIG environments
- Automation/scripting exposure (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Enterprise remediation operations experience
