Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with strong expertise in Asana to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, tracking project progress in Asana, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project execution using Asana for task tracking and workflow management.
• Create project plans, timelines, and milestones within Asana.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress across teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and project constraints and create mitigation plans.
• Conduct daily/weekly stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Maintain project documentation and reports using dashboards and timelines in Asana.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Asana (task management, timelines, dashboards, automation).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, CAPM, Agile or Scrum certification.
• Experience working with remote/distributed teams.
• Experience integrating Asana with tools like Slack, Jira, or Google Workspace.
