Required Qualifications
- 7 years of software engineering experience delivering production-grade applications or cloud services
- Strong system design skills, with the ability to architect scalable, reliable, and secure applications, AI agent workflows, and enterprise integrations
- Strong proficiency in one or more of TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, C#, or C , with both frontend and backend experience
- Proven ability to independently own complex projects from technical design through production deployment and support
- Strong experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications using LLM APIs, agent frameworks, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, FastAPI, or Node.js
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, containerized deployments, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, observability, and operational reliability
- Experience mentoring engineers and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
